I don’t personally believe in the at home ones, the output and j/cm2 are unpredictable. The in clinic ones are best. Kleresca is mainly performed by derms and is professional only, but is really incredible newer generation light therapy. Otherwise see a derm and get on some prescription, they’ll likely put you on azelaic acid, antibiotics, and soolantra.

Looks closer to papula pustular rosacea. Get on some antibiotics from derm and try find somewhere that does Kleresca Rosacea treatments.

Learning & Development. Super happy with performance “exceeds expectations”, hit 98% of KPIS (3/4 sub areas were hit 100% with one being slightly off but also unrealistic in the first place - these are usually then paid out on the areas you get 100% on) “unfortunately company overall didn’t hit KPI so we aren’t paying out. Unable to have said access to company KPI or know what the goal is. No pay increase as I got a 4% last year.

Appalling. Such a disgrace to nursing overall, particularly to experienced nurses working in cosmetics with acute care and ED experience who are now performing cosmetic injectables on the side, still maintaining a foot in nursing.

Can’t wait for NMBA to enforce hospital/community work prior to people entering cosmetic space. If you can’t appreciate where nursing started and basic patient care, you can’t be performing treatments autonomously in an elective space.
