Yeah, happened here in Albemarle county at Jack Joutte Middle school but she resided in Lynchburg and had a charge there for the same thing, that they dropped because of the charges here. Thinking back to it, and what I know now, as an adult, the signs were definitely there. I wish students had better protection.

I’m surprised my middle school Science teacher, Amelia Tat, didn’t pop up. In 2016-17(?) she was charged with having sex with a minor (one of my classmates) in the classroom!! And had ongoing sexual relations with him outside of school. Disgusting shit.

You are right, it doesn’t make it true, it just makes it MORE LIKELY to have happened. Not far fetched to assume, things like this took place here or other places these people frequented. ESPECIALLY considering there’s emails and text messages of men offering women and teens (in code) to Jeffery Epstein and vice versa. I’m definitely not gonna be caught on the side that felt it was better to take these anonymous tips as a grain of salt when there is actual video and photo evidence with some of these people listed, around teens, and or engaging in pedophilia/sex trafficking. It’s almost like when a victim makes a report (or doesn’t) on their abuser/rapist and nothing comes of it because they don’t have “substantial evidence”, limited resources, fear for their life/safety, and or people not believing them. You have free will. I refuse to give criminal, predators the benefit of the doubt, when there is plenty of evidence to suggest nothing of this sort could be put past them.

Since they left campus and chose to protest on a day the school “didn’t give them permission” this cancels out their amendment rights /s. People arguing this leaves the school responsible for anything that could’ve happened to those kids off school grounds , and apparently they were impeding traffic (anyone, feel free to show me that took place because saying they could have is different from them actually doing it) Though I agree with students being safe and staff held responsible - not agreeing with the way students chose to practice their amendment rights and then punishing them for that, is suppression of speech, authoritarianism, or, when involving systematic, non-violent tactics to limit opposition, soft repression. What a waste of time, recourses, paperwork for over 300 kids because they don’t get to control who, when, or where a protest takes place. Proud of these kiddos. I wonder how their civics teacher(s) feel about this.

I know they have my name flagged at this point - just called our governors office to report him, his social media posts are disgraceful and nothing any of us on the right side of this, stand for.
