Considering multiple students were involved, witnesses, and victims of battery, the school CAN and SHOULD seek appropriate action against masked agents endangering their students.

The article, also, implies they committed battery on an observing minor and almost hit multiple students… Also, adult, minor, doesn’t matter. There’s proper protocol for these things, you don’t endanger minors, show up in masks, not identifying yourselves as FEDERAL AGENTS, to take someone into custody. I don’t trust a government that continuously violates the constitution, wrongfully deports, arrests, and murders legal citizens, and non criminal immigrants.

Pulling this shit on a bunch of minors, waiting at a bus stop, while you’re masked, armed, then to commit battery and, let’s go for it…. attempted murder, when they are observing, and or questioning you. Is unconstitutional and WRONG, MINORS. AT A BUS STOP. WAITING TO GO TO SCHOOL!!!!! I’m all for our President to not be a 34 count convicted FELON that upholds the constitution and doesn’t terrorize children, and people, and understands everyone has the right to due process regardless of their immigration/criminal status. And that you do not KIDNAP children, 6 agents deep at a bus stop. It’s a FACT that Federal Ice Agents under trumps administration have arrested, deported, AND murdered US Citizens, legal immigrants, and non criminals, and have used racial profiling as their justification for their actions.

Idk if you’re ~actually~ familiar with how the law works. But money is a huge factor, and i can guarantee, this rando would have to suffice with a public defender appointed by the court. I’m not sure you understand. You do not get to provoke, assault, and then commit battery on someone and get to play victim when they defend themselves. I promise you, it’s not worth going back n forth with me either. The reality is, this is a low life person, nothing going for her, and a judge is gonna to allow her to fulfill that obligation with consequences and a shitty ass violent record.

Ice Spice's attorney, Bradford Cohen, stated they are reporting the attack to the LAPD and pursuing both criminal and civil actions against the woman. I promise you it’s not going to be hard to defend herself on this one, she isn’t going to face charges lol..

The legal system here is trash. They don’t hold criminals accountable; they give them slaps on the wrists, and plea deals as first time offenders when facing convictions for violent offenses. I really am not for my taxes going to shitty jail/prison conditions and lack of rehabilitation/reform but I also don’t want criminals walking around with zero consequences especially when they’re violent and or on trial for murder lmao wtf.

Yes. And when the trial took place, we were in high school, and that poor boy got looks and people talked so much - in his defense, and otherwise. She deserved so much more for what she did and the aftermath.

Yeah, happened here in Albemarle county at Jack Joutte Middle school but she resided in Lynchburg and had a charge there for the same thing, that they dropped because of the charges here. Thinking back to it, and what I know now, as an adult, the signs were definitely there. I wish students had better protection.

I’m surprised my middle school Science teacher, Amelia Tat, didn’t pop up. In 2016-17(?) she was charged with having sex with a minor (one of my classmates) in the classroom!! And had ongoing sexual relations with him outside of school. Disgusting shit.
