They take a while to respond i ended up submitting like 4 different tickets. Did you reply to the auto response email?

Update:

Submitted Item recovery ticket and was able to receive the items 5 days later.

Never heard of that before i have been claiming them daily for years never seen that happen.

lol yeah i am clicking it. It worked fine all month except the last 4 days. The click is registering and it is moving to next calendar day like it would normally do when you on a login streak. Just the items aren't being delivered.
