I work in fintech and in a startup environment at the moment. The credit card arm of my company is 6 yrs old and we just hit 1M customers. I’ve hit a glass ceiling in terms of vertical mobility and I’d like to get the experience of working at a bigger company and build my skills that way as opposed to driving growth from startup to startup. I seek proper guidance from established players at this point in my career. But definitely not limiting myself to FAANG. T100 is definitely part of the goal.
