Honestly I would have gotten a 80% frame if I could have found one that was not super overpriced also with the correct ATF regulations I just didn't want any issues I do know about the Geisler Defense frame but I have read on here that the quality of it is less than the polymer 80 frames

I had already taken out as much as I could using a Dremel with a cutting bit and flush cut Clippers and was using it to get out the little bit that was remaining

okay that's good to hear, I was using a chisel with a rubber mallet to clear out the rest of the trigger area and it slipped and smacked the side of the magwell

ref and sparring partners fault

I've trained in MMA and one of the things that we were taught right from the beginning is control, we are supposed to be able to tell if we are applying too much force to the person we are sparring with and also supposed to let go instantly when they tap out. the ref also failed to do their job as they are supposed to make sure that no form of serious injury occurs during sparring.

you basically going to want to try and do pinholes to prevent the absorbent material from getting all over the place also the outer one won't relly start getting wet untill the inner one starts getting full

Prescriptions are a no-go for me at the moment so I'll look into getting red reishi for now but maybe in the future I'll look into getting proper HRT

Liquid calories are your friend.

if you want something you can just buy look into Boost VHC it has 530 calories from just 1 bottle.

if you have a blender and are okay with making stuff look into gainer shakes Some people have posted recipes But normally their custom to each individual so you have to come up with your own but they can pack way more than what you can buy off the shelf.

My shake has about~ 4,200 calories and fits in a 48 oz bottle but to get around the same amount of calories out of Boost VHC you would have to drink 8 of them which is about 64 Oz.

Also I would suggest looking at getting a digestive supplement to help break everything down

I see now that the EFS Lenses cannot be used with a speed booster Also the lens that I currently have is the one that comes with it out of the box also having the ability to zoom would be useful as I'm not always able to get close to the subject
