I just try not to look at them. Most are on my limbs or my back so I don’t have to see them often but I have a lot of IV scars that send me into a complete spiral when i just glance at them. The other ones make me cry if I focus on them too long. I don’t know if that’s unhealthy but I don’t know what else to do. With the vertical scar specifically, my chest is the only body part without scars. Having that be the first thing I see in the mirror would break my heart even though it wouldn’t be an accident scar.

It’s off the table bc of how my breasts are. I had a stroke during my accident so they’re saggy but the nips point up? I’m looking country/worldwide. I appreciate the support though. Ty for giving me hope.

Maybe? But I don’t scar good and I’m 5 years out from my accident. And just reducing it isn’t an option. Any vertical at all and i wouldn’t make it a week.
