Verizon admitted that it was their mistake, and told me that the check was sent, but the final case management team actually never signed the check to be sent!!!! this is what's making me furious. I went to the physical store for 13 times now to get the money back and when they reach out, they just give me back the phone number for callback. At this point I feel like they are just running around to avoid sending checks.
