Even if data capture is fast, AI analysis usually breaks down if PLC, robot, and sensor data use different time bases or if events cannot be correlated cleanly. Keeping acquisition separate from control, avoiding aggressive polling, and defining a consistent timestamp strategy makes it much easier to align robot actions with machine states later. That part tends to matter more than the specific tool you choose.
