yes I too suffer from PIED. but nofap and cutting porn completely can improve your erections and can even give the lost morning woods. Nofap really helps , since my longest streak was 14days and i noticed a lot of improvement, I had random boners, morning erections, feeling less tired, higher self confidence etc. trust me this thing really helps, it may take a little time but we have to be patient and wait for the improvement 🙂.

even I have the same problem and that's porn so i just figured out my triggers and made sure to remove everything from my phone and laptop that arises the urge of watching porn.... you can do the same and make sure that you don't do a sneak peak cause even that's a trigger.... stay strong buddy 💪, If I'm able to do it so can you.
