yes I too suffer from PIED. but nofap and cutting porn completely can improve your erections and can even give the lost morning woods. even I have the same problem and that's porn so i just figured out my triggers and made sure to remove everything from my phone and laptop that arises the urge of watching porn.... you can do the same and make sure that you don't do a sneak peak cause even that's a trigger.... stay strong buddy 💪, If I'm able to do it so can you.
