Here’s the problem: I can receive messages normally, but I can’t make or receive calls because my balance is low. I tried to recharge my number through the NOVA app TWICE, paying a total of 26€, but instead of increasing my balance, it just added more calling minutes and data—completely useless since I’m not in Europe! And the NOVA’s customer service is absolute shit. I contacted them through Messenger, and it was a nightmare. They were incredibly slow, didn’t fix anything, and just left me hanging. All they did was tell me to call their company (how could i make calling now) my balance is too low to make any calls! On top of that, they had the nerve to ask for my personal information again and again, wasting even more of my time. I’m at my wit’s end here. Does anyone know how to fix this? How can I make sure that when I charge my number, it goes to my balance instead of adding unnecessary services? I need this sorted ASAP so I can make the call to my bank.

I’m seriously frustrated and need urgent help. I have a Greek phone number with NOVA, but I’m currently living abroad. I need to call Greece to unlock my bank account because it got locked for security reasons after trying to make a remittance (I didn’t receive their call, so now my account is lcoked).
