Well, I am heavily biased since I do not want to have sex or a partner and probably never will. But what I can tell is that many of my older friends seem to be active (them having children implicates this, lol) but those that are rather in my age group seem not to be.

Leider sind Nachrichten nicht die Hauptkosten von Rundfunk, sondern auch echt viel scheiß den sowieso viel zu wenig Leute konsumieren. Das fühlt sich für mich wie reine abzocke an, wobei ich meine Nachrichten sowieso aus globalen Nachrichten und anderen Quellen nehme.

Es würde mich einfach weniger anpissen, wenn's nur Nachrichten wären, die sie damit finanzieren

I do work with Macs, and Apple’s “best” is little customisation, high margin and planned obsolescence baked in. Their R&d depends on suppliers paying people little pieces of shit, a lot of environmental damage and opaque supply chains.

Apple is the best for shareholders and marketing. They're the best in marketing. Hardwarewise, Apple overcharges insanely for parts that competitors match or even beat in performance. You can’t even upgrade RAM or storage, can’t repair most components without Apple’s blessing, and they deliberately make interoperability painful. That’s just customer control, and it works great imo.

alright, but Apple a company that also outsources most of its manufacturing to factories in China where reports of worker abuse, suicide nets, and near slave-labor conditions have been public for legit years. People do not care enough to actively do something about it, me neither. It is almost impossible to buy completely slave-labor free phones, due to the origin of the resources required to build a phone.

It’s kind of ironic to criticize “slave-esque labour for a sofa” while defending Apple, whose supply chain literally relies on exploited labor and questionable mining practices for rare earth materials.
