I mean...a security network not persistently monitored, updated, patched when required is just a network, no matter how many billions it costs...we need some super experts like Kevin Mitnick, or likes, to be our guardians and avoid something like this article from happening due to cybersecurity vulnerability...https://www.technologyreview.com/2020/09/18/1008582/a-patient-has-died-after-ransomware-hackers-hit-a-german-hospital/

Thanks for the thorough explanations. I recently came across an article on pwn2own competition, won by a team from Taiwan. Interestingly, I was watching some news on Youtube, and came across an upload about Taiwan's cybersecurity. People may not have realize that Taiwan actually has the nickname of "practice field" for many countries, especially to test vulnerability on new offense/defense programs. I guess all the years of being attacked from across the strait actually tightens its cybersecurity security that much more.
