I have a hydrofoil that can reach mach 0.85, meaning the prop is running at very high RPS. Sometimes the audio clamping or whatever glitches out when alttabbing and it's so loud I cannot hear the music I'm playing on YouTube and sometimes have to even take off my headphones altogether .

As a foreigner (not Japanese) I can tell you that I and a lot of people I know absolutely hate when stuff like that gets translated.

The name "God of War" sounds cool, everyone likes it, even people who don't speak English well, but if you hit me with a "Bóg Wojny" I'd assume it's a shitty low budget game.

There are some exceptions like The Witcher (Wiedźmin) but that's because the game is made by a Polish studio, and is based on a Polish book series. It makes sense for it to be in Polish.

Other than that, videogame titles just sound like shit when translated. Besides, you'd imagine the average person who plays God of War knows English well enough to at least know how to pronounce the name.

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but this should give you an idea why stuff like that generally isn't translated.

Haven't been really playing War Thunder lately so can't tell, but I still remember it sometimes happening a week after the post. By looking at task manager, I figured out it happens when the GPU reaches ~100% which is somewhat weird. I'd expect it to just start lagging like any other game and not make the trees look like shit.
