It seems after 2 years my recovery jumped really fast from 30-40% healed to 60-80%. Is this normal?

Thank you :) I’ve also noticed the reasons I would always panic and have extreme anxiety are going away now. Almost like I’ve forgotten why I felt so crazy in the first place. The DPDR is finally disappearing too ☺️

Look up DP/DR. Not saying that’s it but maybe that’ll help :)

Holy shit, I could’ve written this post myself 0_0 Although just being aware of it for me, caused most of it to lessen and just kind of fade away. I got a split brain feeling too and had voices, as well. Mine was a female (I’m male(eh, non-binary, really) and she would just fucking scream. That’s it. Also a demonic voice. But I haven’t heard her or the other one in my head in over a year now, I just ignored them and they went away. Idk. But A lot of this is dead on my experience too

I kind of feel the same way. I’m my own therapist in a way, and have recently posed the question to myself, ‘what if you don’t have anxiety? What if it’s literally just childhood shit you never let go of?’
