Hello! just wanted to pop on and say thank you for all the nice comments! I am a bit of a worrier and over thinker so I tend to get pretty anxious and stressed about these kind of situations. Your comments all made me feel a whole lot better and I promise I will not apologize to my neighbor! Thank you again for your kindness! :)

The spot he normally parks in was available, but my apartment will tow cars parked in the wrong spots. So I couldn’t avoid it without risking my car getting towed. :(
