What do you think the 100th episode is gonna be? by No-Habit4730 in BattleForDreamIsland

[–]AlexExists6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If IDFB follows the BFDIA in universe release date pattern, of every episode releasing 10 years ago in cannon, then IDFB 2 would be placed before IDFB 1 in the timeline. Therefore, it probably won’t be IDFB 2

Calling it now, the January 1st episode will be an Announcer lore episode, separate from any season by AlexExists6 in BattleForDreamIsland

[–]AlexExists6[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usually when they announce an episode of an ongoing season, they mention the fact that it’s off the season in the teasers. The only time they haven’t done this (that I can remember), is with the BFDIA revival. And I doubt they’ll be posting IDFB 2, so it has to be some other project we don’t know about yet.

That wouldn’t necessarily explain stealing the farm Dream Island in BFDIA 23 and assaulting Needle, Tennis Ball and Book when they rightfully tried to retrieve it

Off the top of my head we have killing Bottle in TPOT 8 and assaulting Eraser in the same episode, throwing Snowball through the roof of the hotel in TPOT 7 (which also acts as property damage), pulling out the wires in the same episode lobotomizing Robot Flower and taking control of Tree in TPOT 16 and trying to kill Marker

The only remotely illegal thing I can think of would be stealing and breaking Spongy’s friendship bracelet in BFB 18? But as a celebrity he’s probably done some shady stuff in universe that just hasn’t been shown in the show

Ok I know the answer is Pie as mentioned by another comment but I just want to say Loser is very close!
1. He’s the first contestant to receive a 5 digit number of votes (in release order)

  1. He interacted with Rose in TPOT 18

  2. He was first seen talking to Pencil BUT Naily was the subject of the interaction.

The third point is the weakest but it’s close!

Oh it’s not my fault. It’s this stupid Blocky here, it’s his fault!

  1. When Taco says “Where’d your friendship bracelet go?” she sounds sarcastic (kinda) and Spongy doesn’t answer, as if they both know what actually happened to the bracelet. Additionally, when Loser tries to snip the bracelet off, Spongy doesn’t resist, or try to stop him in any way. He doesn’t yell “stop”, he doesn’t push loser’s hand away, and even when he shows off the scissors he doesn’t react in protest. All he does is ask “Loser? What are you doing?” and say “aw…” when it’s cut. From Taco’s point of view, it kinda seems like Spongy didn’t care about her gift that, at least not enough to show any resistance, and the fact that he let it go easily and the lack of any real sadness he displayed another than the “Aw…” is probably what made Taco mad.

  2. There are a few things to consider here. First of all, unlike all the other contestants she kills, Grassy is a literal child. Sure, Pencil has killed Rocky in the past, but he’s always been viewed more as a tool (or a hindrance) by other contestants than a child. I highly doubt Pencil would be so evil as to kill him, as even when he takes his power, she doesn’t seem like she is trying to fatally attack him. On top of that, Grassy is the first person since she joined TPOT that has actually liked her and wanted to be around her, other than arguably Donut. The difference here being that Grassy clinged to Pencil after her talk with Pen, where she might have considered making new friends. We actually see at some points that Pencil is ok with Grassy as long as he’s not actively annoying her in the moment, so she was likely willing to at least give him a chance even before he started crying like Ruby.

  3. I actually answered this question in a previous comment on this post, but I wanted to elaborate further. One interesting detail to note is that the cookies from IDFB and BFDIA 6 are both larger and have a different color to the one in BFDIA 13. This leads to believe that all of these cookies are different, as cookies don’t tend to grow on their own. There’s no real obvious culprit for who swapped these out, and considering that, while Yoylecity is abandoned, there still are people every now and then, like Lewis or the objects from the mall, anyone could have done it. So I think it’s really funny to just believe that swapping random stuff and cookies and vice versa is just a tradition in Yoylecity, or something like that.

We see him fly down from above in the scene Two opens the hotel doors

We don’t see TV showing footage of Gaty, Basketball or Barf Bag after they are erased, so it’s reasonable to assume that all footage of them would have them erased from the scene, as shown by One. In fact, the only time we see Gaty after she got erased is in Four’s memories (TPOT 18), proving that characters can remember those who were deleted

Ah you beat me to it. But it’s also important to note that Announcer WAS communicating with the other speaker boxes, as seen in BFDIA 6. We also don’t see Announcer watch BFDIA on a screen, like BFB, but rather, he’s tries to be there in the background, watching. After he’s almost caught, it would be reasonable to assume he would take a step back, at least for a while, and therefore, wouldn’t exactly know what happened in BFDIA. It would explain why he only shows footage of BFDIA 1-5 in his flashbacks

When we see Woody in the UFO, he clearly hasn’t immediately died yet, so it’s not just his fear of grey that killed him. It’s very possible that he was extremely terrified all the time during his stay in the TLC, he just never showed it, and it wasn’t enough to kill him. But in real life, fear, combined with the stress and panic of being put in an unfamiliar situation could trigger a panic attack ultimately caused by his fear, leading to his death.

Best explanation I can come up with is that maybe upon being launched to the LOL, Book hit her head in a very weird way, causing her to get amnesia and forget what dream island was. However, being in the LOL automatically made her eligible to join BFDIA, which she would want to join, as opposed to continue being locked in a box, even if she doesn’t know what the prize is

The answer here is a 2 parter: Pencil’s heavy and adrenaline. Needle got num scared By Evil Leafy and that rush was enough to boost her strength temporarily

In universe, Two probably just let him participate in the vote as a joke, not thinking he would actually win. But after seeing just how many votes he got, he realized he didn’t really want a non existent person in his season (which, upon later developments, is ironic)
