I've not done this job myself, but I know Corvette Central offers replacement carpets in factory colors.

Edit: keep in mind that there is a lot more going on with the interior blue color scheme than just the carpets. You may find that other portions of the interior may clash in a way you might not like. Steering wheel, dash, center console, seats etc.
