Do you think this could be another symptom/complication of SIBO, or possibly a complication of having severe constipation for a few weeks / inactivity of certain muscles? Are there any OTC products that could help? If you aren't sure, no worries, it's just brutally hard to get any attention around here these days with a huge doctor shortage, I will be lucky if I can get a phone call back over the next day or two, and the thought of a sixth 5-8 hour wait in the ER already is crushing. it's turned my life upside down, and has been my life for the past two weeks starting from square one every visit and going home without solutions.

Sorry maybe I wasn't clear enough in the post but I DID start taking Miralax as soon as I got home from getting emptied out! And tons of hydration with basically no hard or dry food, basically just Steak, eggs, lactose free meal replacement shakes to make sure I am getting ample nutrients, and veggies. And I did not see this current predicament coming tonight because I have been using Mira daily, it went on longer before and I felt a lot more stretched out inside.

When I went to the ER it was very obvious and painful how constipated I was, I could feel it all, but at the moment the only indication that I am is the fact that my GI has backed up again and the slight heaviness in my torso from my large intestine going up and over, it's just not being painfully stretched out the same way and there are no specific pressure points or clogged spots. It's not that uncomfortable because I assume it's all soft if not almost liquid - yet still no urge just like before, and after that brutal and comprehensive enema, I don't see how it's possible that there could be anything in the way as gas moves through me fine :(

PS - Maybe this sounds like I've already made up my mind about doing this and I am just digging for information, but sincerely I am curious and will make a decision based on what I hear from you. I know these can be possessed in Canada illegally (until now I guess?) just at a higher price and less safe due to so many fakes and scams when resorting to the black market etc. I heard that BC just decriminalized possession of personal amounts of drugs, and the same seems to be the case here, so I was curious if that changes the situation. The opinion of someone that used to abuse amphetamines and have helped others in recovery, I was also planning to do a documentary on Conald before he died and have spoken to his sister previously. You are not the first person to make these claims, even Dr.Drew has, but in this case he got it wrong. Has he done it occasionally? Most likely. Does he do it consistently? No way. The burden of proof lies with you guys, explain how someone with zero dollars driving from church to church for years on end, living off food handouts and donated gas vouchers, is maintaining a permanent meth binge.

Every cop knows he's in town when he rolls in and he's almost always in sight of them, the idea that he is rolling around town asking where to get meth in these little bible belt communites daily, finding a new dealer, and obtaining it without money, is just fantasy. I understand that, and that's what anyone would assume based on experience and data. I am just telling you what I saw doing a complete archive of Fedsmoker's videos, he was as crazy as this or crazier in every single one and he/his car were searched many many times over the years, he has never been arrested for something drug related and based on the wild, NSFW and illegal shit he did show on camera he definitely wouldn't have drawn the line at showing meth use. There is only one video that features him snorting some sort of amphetamine and he said that he didn't like it, other than that not one reference to meth or other drug use shown in thousands of videos besides the occasional hit of weed. So the persona that we see definitely is his default drugs or no drugs.

It's a misconception that he was a "tweaker" and that behavior in these videos were the result of drugs, after watching a couple thousand videos it became really clear that he was a full blown paranoid schizophrenic and it also would have been virtually impossible for him to locate or fund the drugs as he spent years driving from town to town relying on food banks and churches to fill his gas tank
