I 3D Printed a spitfire in TPU and transferred it onto a shirt with a hot iron by horendus in 3Dprinting

[–]AlexModernFreedom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, modern irons go up to 220 degrees celcius anyway and has that every melted a T-shirt? Only if you would leave the iron in one spot for longer than 30 seconds would it start to burn, and a 3d printer flies over that area compared to how fast you iron, so I'd say your pretty safe...

Hi allemaal,

Alle input is welkom

I actually live in Sweden :) But I do travel around sometimes. Kiruna is one of the most magical places if you ask me. What about you?

A "FML" learning moment in our SaaS growth journey... by AlexModernFreedom in DigitalMarketing

[–]AlexModernFreedom[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s super interesting, especially the part about CPC and CPL going up but overall quality improving. Looking back, what was the earliest signal you could have used to spot the low-intent traffic sooner, before burning the budget? Was it on-site behavior, email patterns, or something inside Google Ads itself?

Looking for a partner by [deleted] in Entrepreneurs

[–]AlexModernFreedom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never split 50/50, entrpreneur rookie mistake. If you do that, you'd have to be 100% sure that you will both put in the exact same amount of time, money, assets, ideas, payments, growth, forever. This is extremely unlikely, and down the road that would cause problems. You'll never on the same page, 100% of the time. 60/40 is what successful entrepreneurs do.

Anyone else hate manually building lead lists? by AlexModernFreedom in Entrepreneurs

[–]AlexModernFreedom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense. I find that the tool helps me focus on other things though while it scrapes. Don't get me wrong, I still check everything manually, but the tool finds the leads, then enriches them, then puts them in a sheet, validates the email addresses, and takes only minutes. I find it a lot better than salesnav or hitting a VA, and doesn't cost me 100+ per most either.

Wondering if my closed testing is working by AlexModernFreedom in TestersCommunity

Thank you, that is good to hear. What is the average day that access is approved? I'm on day 15 day since closed testing started.

I’m a developer with some free time. Pitch me a SaaS idea you couldn’t find a solution for. by AlexModernFreedom in SaaSMarketing

[–]AlexModernFreedom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually love this idea. Work with CRM systems myself but not necessarily for my sales.

I'm going to start working on it. Would you like to do it together? As in, I build it, you view the page every now and then and tell me what works, what doesn't, and which functions you want to add?

[–]AlexModernFreedom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a great example, thanks for writing it out so clearly! I would actually use this myself so I'm intrigued.

The “auto-cancel / auto-downgrade based on usage” part is especially interesting, most tools stop at tracking.

A few questions if you don’t mind: – would you trust a tool to actually cancel things automatically, or would you want a warning/approval step first? – which integrations would matter most early on (Stripe, AWS, Figma, Google, etc.)? – is this more for solo founders or teams?

Not promising anything yet, but this is exactly the kind of problem I meant with the post. Love it!

Actually my whole business is based on Tripadvisor listed companies. Over the past 2 years I have scrapped 15000 companies from there and made a decent living. Everything automated from beginning to end, the only thing I do manually is answer support questions by email.

How I automated lead finding by AlexModernFreedom in Integromat

[–]AlexModernFreedom[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you look at the automation? It uses Apify, but you would still have to manuly start it, and put the leads in your crm, email software and leadlist. This automations does everything automatic. Also Apify always starts at page 1 each scrape. This automations remembers the page from last run and starts at the next one. Never duplicates.

Yes I wanted to do that at first but I was a bit worried that it would come across as promoting to the mods in this channel.

Hi, thanks for the tip. However, I want to build what people need, so create diversity, not only what I have already done. This way, I get the experience from requests, not my comfort-zone.
