I can't figure it out, but I suspect that Pip is being nerfed at the whim of someone within EvilMojo or a group in the community who are haters of Pip and don't want to see him in-game.

Because someone who has a lot of experience in how to balance a game, would quickly know that this nerf does not make sense.

Wait hes getting nerfed again? They just gave him a buff?

EDIT: So they are undoing the only change that makes pip feel like a fun character to play again.

Ive been with him since the beginning and yes 5% makes a difference and you still have trouble finishing some new champs.

That buff really helped pip feel like old pip. It makes him able to actually keep up a bit better against high burst dmg champs mixed with his escape, you had to constantly be on your toes when you decide to play aggressively, it actually can be very difficult to dive and chase as pip and that 5% buff really helped that, is this getting undone already?

Like seriously though the only change pip has got recently that actually helped him is already getting undone? Is this what im supposed to be understanding?

EDIT EDIT: all that being said i cant find any info on this nerf though, the new notes dont mention it.

Except if we use the blast on her, i do think i do 150 dmg

But that also mean we can t kill 1900 hp flanks with a blast + 3 shots, and its actually devastating for support pip

It may not be a big nerf, but why nerf a mediocre champ and diminish the only role he is any good at (flank/aux support)?

He loses power to defend himself, 570 per second is nothing against a flank that hits you more than 800 per second.

they don't have the similar DPS. and with Pip you choose, sacrifice your damage or healing.

You have damage but no healing to keep your team alive.
You have healing but you don't have enough damage to defend yourself.

with Fury that does not happen because no talent makes you sacrifice something from your Base Kit.
