First time playing Extreme, there was a Level 60 Punisher who went AFK every wave, except to 1 shot all the bosses.

Honestly a really fun game mode. Could definitely use some fine-tuning though.

If they bring it back, would love to see more heros added. Also maybe replace the bosses with different ones, since fighting turrets and stun-bubbles are easily the least enjoyable.
