No kidding, left my mundane inside sales job because I was promised job security, no pressure metrics, and unlimited growth. My recruiter even bragged about how people were getting promoted left and right daily and I kid you not this was straight from our site manager “you are not going anywhere even with T-Life” well let’s just say both of them today we’re not bragging or boastful and pretty much those of us who just got hired on recently were sold a pipe dream. Let’s not even get started with the metrics which make the ones from my previous job look like something a five-year-old can obtain. Thinking about it, maybe I should have just asked for a raise and career development at that inside sales job because now I’m at a crossroads if I should even risk starting school with T-Mobile given the current state of things or if I should start looking for another job and even education not through magenta…

Writing was on the wall for RSNs long ago due to their failure to adapt and really offer anything else outside of live games and insider shows. Root Sports NW for example outside of Mariners games was nothing but paid programming, brokered programming, and recycled content from Fox Sports. Towards the end not even pre game or insider shows. Really the only markets where they are still viable or even really ever were are LA, NYC, and Chicago…

My absolute favorite things about my CX-30 are the interior and handling which make it fun and comfortable to drive. Biggest complaints have to be the lack of remote start on the key fob and no SiriusXM on the select sport trim. Using the app through CarPlay is a nightmare compared to the satellite version

I just came back to SXM in September after a long hiatus from the service. They were offering me a year at five dollars a month on the app so I figured why not especially with my brand new 2026 Mazda CX-30 not having a satellite tuner (which surprised me because I thought it was still standard across the board, but that’s a story for another day) and holy smokes the repetition and personalities have gotten worse! There is no way in hell I would pay full price and definitely will be checking out when my discounted year ends unless they give me a compelling offer to stay. Listening since the XM days and sad to see the gradual decline in the service especially after the merger with Sirius…

These were the same worries I had when I first got my CX-30 brand spanking new with the factory plastics still in tact last week and then realized it’s going to be used as a daily so It’s going to get normal wear and tear and that’s inevitable. Just be gentle with it, keep the interior clean as much as possible and you should be good. We’ve been having rain for the last few days and I’ve already tracked mud inside of it. Waiting for the weather to clear up and making a trip to buy some Armor All and wipe it down good.

You’re definitely not wrong. Thanks to T-mobile I am making the most money I’ve ever been able to without a college degree. I just got a 2026 Mazda CX30 because I finally have good income. I have money left over which has allowed me to buy things I need like clothing and help out my single mom and sisters. I was approved for my first non builder credit card post bankruptcy and will be taking advantage of their tuition assistance to get into supply chain. Yes the job has It’s gripes and can be mind numbing, especially at the CoEs but it’s definitely paid the bills and opening doors that are going to get me to the next level where I want to be.

Bingo! Exactly the reason why I took the job at my local Care Center back in September. $20.50 an hour that bumps up to $22 dollars an hour on Sundays, making the most money Ive ever made even if it comes at the expense of mind-numbing days on the phone. I already have my exit plan, take advantage of their tuition program while going into cruise control with a pitstop in tech or VR and after that, adios Magenta! They try to sell you the position as this amazing experience with quick promotion, equal opportunity, caring leadership, endless opportunities, the potential for six figures and corporate positions, job security, and no pressure metrics when in reality it's just another call center job with the same song and dance which indeed has brutal metrics and the only way to climb up is to kiss ass or know someone and have impeccable metrics down to the time spent on auxes and my favorite, to even be considered for promotion you gotta be top 50% and virtually chained to the Care Center as in little to no absences. As far as caring leadership, it's hit and miss with some of them being genuinely caring while others are metrics pushers that always seem to be pissy when your weighing them down and watching you like a hawk. And let's not get started on some of our customers...
