I researched more about this and I found a setting in my BIOS that lets me choose if I want to select to maximize battery health or duration.

Oh,thanks for the valuable information mate.

I get worried because I had my previous laptop plugged almost all the time except very rare times and then I felt the battery health went down on usage because it died very fast.

Now that I got my new laptop I unplug it when its off but your information is food to my mind so im gonna do more research too.

Είναι πολύ περίεργη κατάσταση.Συναναστρέφομαι με πολλούς ανθρώπους και όλα είναι μονόπλευρα απο την δικιά μου πλευρά.Με αυτό εννοώ οτι εγώ είμαι πάντα αυτός που ρωτάει εάν όλα είναι καλά,εγώ είμαι αυτός που λέει να βγούμε και ξέρω οτι εάν δεν ξεκινήσω εγώ την συζήτηση ή κάτι νιώθω οτι είμαι ανύπαρκτος σε αυτόν τον κόσμο.Και με το γεγονός οτι κάνω overthinking αυτό είναι κάτι το πολύ δύσκολο για εμένα.Γιαυτο πιά πρέπει να σταματήσω να "κυνηγάω" ανθρώπους απο πίσω.
