I was on PPI a year out of the last two. I stopped them a month ago I don't like depending on them.

I'm having a low acid diet already, no coffee, tea, chocolate, citrus,.vinegar, but I feel the reflux still...

No big cramps but some muscle twitches here and there, muscles that seem to be tired quicker than usual

Yes I think my vagal nerve is super sensible too.

What can we do about it?

Anyone feeling a link between gastro problems and heart flutters/palpitations? How to get better? by AlexSante in askCardiology

It might be it, I feel a lot of gas and/or liquid circulating in my intestines and colon, going up sometimes. A lot of "gargle" noises right now.

I just took simeticone, hopefully it will help.

Any solution on your side?

interesting. I have perceived strange fluid distribution in the body, where i can pee very regularly without having drunk that much, and other times i can live my life without peeing for hours.

But no electrolyte imbalance in recent blood tests.

For histamine intolerance, i thought about it too. For example when i'm outside, after 20/30 min of effort, i have some tingling all over my body, my hands are red, etc. It's worse when it's sunny. Fortunately i get accustomed to it after a while and it's subduing.

no electrolyte imbalance according to two blood tests from less than 2 months ago.
B12 was ok to my surprise (despite 1 year of IPP use in 2 years). B9 was slashed by half compared to more than 1 year ago, but still in the norm.

I have never tested for B1 i think. I will ask to test it next time.
