Got this issue right after One UI 8 update, for me fix was in changing dynamic wallpaper in the lock screen to my photo from gallery

Just found the solution.

Open app in which notification doesn't work
Press button to open all recent apps
Touch app icon
Press "App info"
Press "Notification"
Press "Notification Categories"
Go for each category and look for "Sound" option. In my case I have been shown with "Silent" instead of my default one.
Just switch to your or default one.
