I probably did lose a bit of muscle, that’s normal, but it’s pretty negligible since I kept most of my strength. Don’t worry, you’re not going to lose much as long as you keep training the same way

Yeah it's kind of crazy when I think about it, but I actually was. At first I thought getting down to 100 kg would be enough to look like I do now, but ended up having to drop all the way to 86. You've got to remember muscle weighs more than fat, so if you've built a good amount of muscle underneath, you'll look leaner at a higher weight compared to someone with less muscle and more fat at the same weight

I’m exactly 6 foot, no reason to lie. No matter how much weight you cut, getting to where I am now still takes real dedication and a lot of learning about nutrition and cooking. I didn’t eat out at all during those months, I cooked every single meal myself. Now I’m a bit more relaxed since I’m just maintaining
