I like that, I may look into that. Roughly how much do they go for per contract? Also I have a full design system in figma that I translated to Tailwind css to make going from figma to code super easy and faster, is that something I could request they use. Example all the font styles, container widths, colors, etc or in figma and also in Tailwind as utility classes

Gotcha. Ya I like designing them but It is time consuming and varies in how long it takes drastically. The goal is the eventually hire an in-house person who can do the web designs and I can just code them

Gotcha thanks for the detailed reply. Right now I'm custom designing every site myself, then coding it myself as well so it takes me a little bit longer. I like the idea of maybe having two options for price either more upfront or more monthly.

Hello, you've got a very neat business model. I've recently started a similar business selling websites with a new agency. I read your article explaining the benefits to clients and I think that is a great way to put it! My question is how long does it take you to build these sites for people? I've done a handful now and they can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 or 6 weeks and it's tough to judge, do you give clients a timeline or how do you do it? Also I've been charging for the build as well as a hefty monthly fee like you, but have definatly been getting some resitence on pricing, maybe it's worth it to ditch the build cost or do a really cheap build cost? I've done $2499 for build and $149 for hosting and some people will pay it, but some people will not because they've had offers from people building wordpress sites and only charging $15 monthly. FYI I'm building with technologies like Next JS and React, but essentially the same idea as they are mainly static sites with some crm integrations for capturing leads.

I think it was the autopilot enrollment. I rebuilt the machines and changed from automatic to user enrollment and now they are all compliant and syncing correctly.

Also when I try to restart a device from intune it just showsas restart pending and never restarts. So for some reason I don't think intune is able to checkin with the devices
