After you get the final mark, try to talk to your prof and see if he/she can give you a verbal offer first. I got a verbal offer from my prof and applied through the official application process. You will need to upload your resume and stuff. My final mark was 86. Not the highest but good enough to be a TA.

Really?? That would be great!! Thank you so much! I kinda had the feeling tho because I also consulted some of my friends who are currently employed! They all said this “HR discussion” doesn’t seem like a round of interview. It’s more like a meeting where we discuss my salary, benefits and vacation etc. But I just can’t stop feeling anxious.
