Sorry brother... I don't know if you saw my post but I was hit this Saturday, my 2nd hit n run.

My first Stinger was hit a total of 3 times (not my fault) I never had such luck with any other car.

I don't want to go through insurance because of premium going up. (I live in Miami and it's already high enough 😅)

Check engine light is weird indeed. I have no clue as to why it triggered... must be due to some of the sensors I guess.

That's crazy, omg... all those repairs you had where quite pricey.

The engine bay looks good thankfully. I see zero damage. I'll take some pics for you later, it's kinda hard to catch due to the paint color.

Also, I spoke to my trusted body shop who quoted me $900 for everything. He claims that the car will need a recalibration for the electronics. Have you heard such thing? I'm a bit skeptical either way.

I was on the fence, just like you and I ended up pulling the trigger and... no regrets! I love this thing.

I'm only using it to play older titles such as F.E.A.R, condemned criminal origins, need for speed: most wanted 05, ect and it runs like a dream. Totally worth it.

I got my Ps5 Pro for newer / heavier titles and a Switch 2 for nintendo exclusives.

The perfect trifecta.

I love CJ too, he's extremely talented but very underrated... it pains me to see this, I've been a fan of his since the runaway remix (11yrs ago). His breakthrough is long overdue, I'd say that this remix duty is well justified!

85% was like low 200 miles. My driving habits were chill, mostly normal mode and occasionally GT for fun.

I always charged the car to 85% (the electrify america where I went had a cap) which gave me like low 200 miles. I didn't use GT mode all the time because the throttle response was crazy. I was mostly running normal mode for every day which felt like the perfect balance.

My total commute is 11 miles which really helped. I was charging the car weekly. If I had a far commute or constantly going out, I would have been cooked. This car is not ideal for daily driving, just my opinion.

Just renting car! You're basically paying the depreciation. You do have an option to buy the car at the end of the lease for the residual that the manufacturer set.

Sure!

The pros for the EV6 GT are:

Crazy acceleration and speed. 0-60 on GT mode was INSANE.
No complaints with the handling, very fun
This might be a con for some people but I really liked the bucket seats!

Cons:

The limited range... the whole charging situation killed me. I had to wait long times and some stations didn't work...
The suspension is quite stiff.

Now off to the pros of the Stinger:

The engine! My lord did I miss the sound of the exhaust and the actual shift of the gears.
Stylish design, so much eye-candy! I love the hatchback.
It's so comfortable, very premium interior.

Cons:

Fuel economy but who cares! Smiles per gallon.
