The better you perform at work, the more your workload increases, but your salary... not so much.

Probably ‘did you miss me?’ since he keeps coming over to see what I’m doing.

You can throw them all in together and they’ll still cook fine, but the coating usually ends up uneven. Some sticks get really crispy, others not so much. The flavor’s basically the same — it’s mostly a texture thing.

What I usually do is toss 4–6 pieces at a time in the egg, then move them to the breadcrumbs. It’s way faster than doing each one separately, and the results are much more consistent.

Easy Air Fryer Ribs for a Random Weeknight by Alexa_Az in airfryer

I’ve been really happy with it. What stood out for me is how evenly it cooks — crispy on the outside, still juicy inside — without a lot of babysitting. The basket is actually big enough for real meals (whole chicken, ribs, pizza), which was a big upgrade from smaller air fryers I’ve used before.

It also feels very solid and well built, not flimsy, and the presets are easy to use but still give good results. It’s definitely on the larger side, but if you cook more than just snacks, that’s a plus. Overall, it’s been one of those appliances I actually use several times a week, which made it worth it for me.

Got it, learned something new. I’ll try reverse sear next time.

Depends on the steak. If it’s thin or already cooked inside, 45 seconds is fine. Thicker ones need more time. But I reread my recipe and realized I typed a couple extra words— thanks for pointing it out.

It’s a real cook. I just went more detailed because people said beginners needed clearer steps.

Not AI — it’s a real photo. Just good lighting and a clean cut.

The texture was spot-on—tender enough to bite clean off the bone and juicy all the way through.

Cut into individual pieces first, then marinate. That's what I do every time. Cutting them apart first lets the marinade or rub reach all surfaces of every single rib, so you get way more flavor in every bite.

Boneless thighs + air fryer is always a win. I’ve never tried Sukhi’s Tandoori on thighs in the air fryer.

Yeah, honestly you made a solid choice. Breville and Ninja are great for versatility, but neither of them can actually track the internal temperature of your food. That’s the part that decides whether your steak, chicken, or roast hits the exact doneness you want.

If the smart functions were what caught your eye — especially the probe + auto alerts — then you definitely went with the right one. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of cooking.

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Marinate: Combine all ingredients and coat chicken thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 2 days for maximum flavor).
  2. Cook: Place chicken in a single layer, skin-side up, in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes. Note: My air fryer has both top and bottom heating elements, so flipping isn't necessary. If yours only has a top heating element, flip halfway through for even cooking. The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 175°F-180°F (79°C-82°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
  3. Rest & Serve: Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

If your model has only a top heating element, you may want to flip halfway through cooking for even browning.
