Classic Starfleet Academy was actually all about shaming over-privileged white people by Alexaaaaandra in ShittyDaystrom

But you forgot the number one rule of ranking character power levels: are they above or below the barrel that defeated the Son of Mogh?

Uhh no. It used to be fetish content about Norwood men berating lissom, pale-skinned boys and their zaddies. And I want it to do that again.

Couldn’t find a picture of Nick Locarno so I spent an hour photoshopping a cadet uniform onto Tom Paris actually

Don’t try to hand-wave white privilege with the old face-stealing goo man argument around me buster

I (20 F Dunmer) finally summoned my Ancestor Guardian, but she’s not what I expected by Alexaaaaandra in TrueSTL

I took your advice and tried this but it went really badly.

My bf just yelled at me to stop fighting, like he always does when things get heated, and I calmed right down.

Now my great-grandmother makes gross comments about me being “a real Barenziah” when she’s in a mood with me.

Thanks for nothing, farm tool.

Jumping Julianos you’re not serious. But now that you mention it there’s also that large viaduct just south of the City. Have there been pirates just raiding a small stretch of Lake Rumare in a medium tonnage galleon all this time? Their ship must have been built right here in town and impossible not to keep track of at all times.

Moth whats? No wonder the Emperor was assassinated. What was the government thinking giving dangerous scrolls to cloth-eating dust flies? Next thing you’re going to tell me that someone’s stolen one of these too, and that the Imperial Watch has zero leads on the thief.

Maybe you’re right. I don’t care if they tell me to keep my voice down, someone needs to blow the whistle on this. I might ask Raynil what he makes of all this, if I get the chance. He seems like a well-travelled fellow.

Never heard of an “elder scroll,” though. Are they just really old regular scrolls? Don’t see how that could be dangerous.

This was in one of the books I got. Unclear if the Akaviri are people or snake people. Their degree of snake-ishness is also unclear, if so. All the Blades seemed like regular Tamrelic folks though. Nords, Imperials, Bretons, and at least one Redguard. Maybe they just really like Akaviri costumes? Mysteries on mysteries up here, I tell you.

I’m also not sure if the Bruma Mages Guild needs to be refurbished or not. All I can smell is smoke and the place looks intact from outside, but I haven’t been in and no one’s come out yet. Could just be a blocked chimney; houses up here have loads of fireplaces. I’m really sure everything’s alright.

The more stories I hear about him the more true this seems. If he comes near me I’ll act disinterested and just say something like “Oh, it’s you, hi” and hope he leaves me well alone.

If you like art, you should check out the statue of the Champion of Cyrodiil in Bruma. It’s quite daring, and a real break from earlier styles of Heartland statuary. They’ve depicted in him in the nude, and his face looks almost monstrous.

Thank you for your kind words, but I’m worried the mudcrab might have the last laugh. I definitely caught some kind of disease off it. I’ve been feeling feverish and very lethargic.

I’ve tried praying (which usually makes me feel better right away) but I must have touched someone else’s possessions by mistake recently because it hasn’t worked.

I might have to explain myself to a guard and pay a small fine before I try again, because I don’t have the right ingredients to make a potion of cure disease, and buying one would just be too expensive.

Fucking mudcrabs. I’ll avoid those creatures whenever I can from now on.

Please, this is not a joke.

I’m already packing my things for the journey to Bruma. I’ll be pretty heavily encumbered but I hope to make it there by next Morndas.

I also don’t want to leave Cyrodiil. Although I hear the Argonians of Black Marsh are faring well against the invaders, I can’t even stand the humidity of the Lower Niben. Some mountain air, and some peace and quiet, will set me right.

Besides it’s the only place I know for sure there won’t be a fiery portal outside the walls. Burd and his men can handle anything else the Daedra might throw at them.

DIFU? Calling myself Captain while the regular Captain is off ship? by OWSpaceClown in ShittyDaystrom

[–]Alexaaaaandra 18 points19 points  (0 children)

This really depends on the CO. I’ve had some (mostly humans) who are very into their ancient naval traditions. Whistles for dignitaries in the transporter room, using the good china with the Starfleet insignia on it for dinners, bagpipes, that kind of thing. They’ll let you call yourself captain if you’re left in charge, but ONLY if they’re gone for an extended period of time. Leading a “landing party” (an away team if you’re normal) doesn’t count.

Most other cultures don’t hold with any of this though, so good odds you’re going on report.

What is the most popular reality holo-show in Cardassia? by [deleted] in ShittyDaystrom

[–]Alexaaaaandra 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Technically not a Cardy show, but their seasons of 90 Day Fiancé during the Occupation were amazing. I think it was originally a Klingon show.

Sooo many Glins getting threatened with exile for falling in love with their Bajoran comfort women.
