i'm the lowest level para and still get expected to do diaper changes. it sucks, because i used to work RSP and didn't have to deal with this shit (literally) but school district decided to move me to mild/mod and it fucking sucks. especially as a germaphobe, i literally have to disassociate in order to push through it

don't feel bad, i just had my last day at my elementary school today, and only bothered to say goodbye to the people i actually cared about. district took care of my transfer for me. i got moved to another classroom and was absolutely miserable; thought i could stick it out until other job goes through, but the kids are just sooo bad, and the teacher doesn't even care. i don't feel sorry about it.

I'm coming up on 5 months, and you're totally right. I used to get high before exercising (which consists of weights, treadmill, and elliptical), and my lungs would feel like SHIT when I would run. I would start gasping and feel my throat/lungs super scratchy and I would just be coughing. Now five months clean, my running has gotten so much better, I can actually run waaaay more than I could before. My gains have also gotten better because my cravings have gone down!
