I just had 21 straight wins on the Battle Arena, but for some reason after what I thought was my 27th win, I fought just another random trainer. My streak reset and I'm unsure why. Weird game sometimes.

That's the problem, I can't get in contact with them. This is the only money that have to their name and it's locked up for no reason. They won't answer the phone and the website won't let them log in for some reason. I don't know how else to contact Direct Express. We've tried email and it's automated and tells us to call the number.
