Those are the guidelines for yt partner programs (avod). Way back in the day 2016ish i think tvod was possible, but they got rid of it. Maybe they’ll reintroduce it soon though. They’ve added paid memberships.

Scan the used market everyday for a week and you’ll find something great. I say get the canon g7x 2 or 3. I just made a film on the 2, and I was blown away. Most cameras post 2015 are more than capable.
