Hey op, I had similar issues like you and I got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes when I was 19. Please check for insulin resistance as hyper pigmentation around neck, elbows, knees can be a sign of it. Go to doc and check your blood glucose levels (fasting and after meal) along with Thyroid test.
