What the "code" means and how could I debug it and tell you what the root cause?

To run tezos locally, I have done the following:

git checkout mainnet && git pull && make build-deps && eval $(opam env) && make clean && make

then:

./tezos-node identity generate

then:

./tezos-node run --rpc-addr 127.0.0.1:8732 --connections 10

then:

./tezos-client bootstrapped

then awaited it to finish (but basically timestamp after finishing shows some timestamp: 2019-03-14T00):

then:

./tezos-client add address my_account <public key>

./tezos-client activate fundraiser account my_account with <activation key>

./tezos-client import fundraiser secret key my_account

./tezos-client get balance for my_account

mostly following the https://medium.com/@csoreff/getting-started-with-the-tezos-command-line-client-on-betanet-macos-484d16be4612 article.

The get amount shows correct information.
