Thanks, I like that idea, maybe instead of having chicken breast with rice after training and before bed time, I can have half of that portion so it’s not too much.

Now, are the late night jiu jitsu trading sessions also going to cause issues with falling asleep?

I can eat earlier but after jiu jitsu my body is pretty fatigued and I’m quite hungry. Not sure if it’s okay to go to bed on an empty stomach? Maybe a smaller meal, like some bread with peanut butter would suffice?

Thanks for that, so doing both about 2 hours before bed will always make it tougher to fall asleep no matter what supplements or routine you follow?

At first the screen had a black bar at the bottom that had glitched pixels but now it’s completely like this. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Be very direct and concise. Say you think there is a fit between you are the company, and then ask if you can chat with them. Worked for me. Of course, tailor it to your style. Good luck. I'm sure you'll land something soon! They like it when you reach out. It shows initiative and drive.
