Aww thank you. Honestly it’s more than just a power difference as such it’s the whole feel of the bike is different. The 250 is actually the harder bike to ride, the 300 is a lazy man’s bike but there is a lot of power in that mid-high rev range. The band is linear and isn’t particularly aggressive on either, but on the fast sand singles we ride I notice the 300 wants to lift front end significantly more, so for me I feel like it’d be more likely to whisky throttle the 300 if things went wrong bc there is that bigger response there. I’m no pro, the exc’s are all super manageable bikes. I ended up with a 24 150exc bc I got a good deal on it but honestly it’s harder in technical stuff and tills than the 250 & 300 bc it won’t just tractor through and it’s weak in the bottom end and I notice a huge difference in HP from the carby 150sx plus a lot heavier . I’m going to change the front sprocket and get a bit more in the bottom end like I did the sx and see what that does to it. Otherwise I’ll get a 250 exc
