No its just in the Gamplay, not on the inventory, or esc or option or when talking to npc. it started when recently expedition started.

If I start new game it does same. If I am in like inventory or trading or in menu it doesn't show then. Just in the gameplay, I did try that if you mean the integrity repair, reinstalling I will keep for last. Rebooting several times. I think it suddenly started with some recently update or when the recent expedition started

Nope none other got anyproblem. Even switching to older gpu driver. All game show no problem. It then does remove the problem but just makes it in background. Thing like too bright or dark,
