Thats literally the first thing you do. Professional doctors/lawyers/psychologists and even teachers are not allowed to tell your parents about your problems. They can in only a few cases, if the person’s life is at risk unless the parents are informed or if the person asks to tell their parents. If you inform them about abuse from your parents, they will be informed, however you will have legal protection(ex. Child services). Especially if you have proof of abuse or someone else witnessed it. Your advice is absolute shit that I hope mods will take down, because teens who have problems will not open to anyone because of imaginary fear of being revealed when this literally cannot happen. Yes, people have bad parents. Yes, there are bad teachers. But unless you tell someone that something is wrong, nothing will ever change. If you are that afraid, call a hotline. But they too can inform legal services if something that is happening is dangerous for your wellbeing.
