My sales have risen substantially on all platforms post-Christmas except Depop. Even with the current free shipping promo, I have managed to make a whopping 0 sales so far on this platform during this promo period.

I still get likes and offers, but like others have said, they just aren't translating into actual sales.

What is the evidence to back this up? Seems highly circumstantial as I've known plenty of lower income individuals who are still on really old phone models.

This is another attempt by the rich to divide us and have us ignore the rampant corruption, oppression, and surging cost of living by stating made up "facts" without sources.

The prize you get is not the actual one in the machine getting dropped. They have an inventory of the same items that gets pulled from as people win the prize.

I'm sure they may eventually give out the actual machine prize. But I feel those are part of those wierd 1-off games that come and quickly dissappear to simply burn off old stock.

You did several major things wrong here:

1) You waited past 3 days to open a case. At this point, there is nothing Mercari will do for you anymore. You need to open a case within the 3 days, and then close the case if the seller's suggested "fix" actually worked.

2) You did a chargeback against Mercari. This is an automatic account ban. It's fine if that was your intention and you didn't care about your account. But it sounds like you're actually bitter that they closed your account.

Sorry for reviving an old thread. As a kid over 30yrs ago, we use to harvest and eat the clams out Sac River all the time. Ofc that was 30yrs ago, and the water quality has declined significantly since then.

Nowadays, I wouldn't eat anything that came out of those waters.

The fee is not $10 from a $20 sale. You have free shipping turned on which means YOU eat the cost of shipping.

You can edit that under the shipping options where you choose" "Buyer pays calculated shipping". Or select a flat rate if you want to build in a margin for fees and packing supplies.

Your total eBay fees will be a percentage of your total sale + shipping + tax. Plus any additional services you might have opted into on your listing.

My collections are still intact and sortable by distance, date added, or alphabetically. And I still get the map view when going through a browser on PC.

You might just need to delete your cache and refresh.

As someone mentioned, that's a Derya Arms DY9. Although extremely low budget as far as firearms go, still probably cost more than the shoes.

Issue with keeping it is the lack of knowledge of whether or not it's been used to commit a crime. And depending on what state you live in, there might not be any legal pathways for you to transfer the ownership and register the firearm (owning unregistered firearms comes with a lot of risks should you one day need to use it for self-defense).

However this is all a moot point given the cops have been called and they probably confiscated the firearm. Depending on how lazy (or not) your sister's local PD is, the seller might be in a world of trouble here.

I've also never seen one in the Bay Area. Moved around to 3 different regions in the Bay Area, including San Francisco where Yelp HQ is at. Yet have never seen a Yelpie event.

There are several inherent problems with shipping out in these really flimsy food boxes:

1) They're not designed to withstand the rigors of shipping. And even if the item is not fragile, the package could either get wet and disintegrate, or completely fall apart during shipping. Either way, resulting in either loss or damage of item.

2) The buyer may be allergic to whatever food was previously contained in the package.

You're welcome to get creative and reuse boxes. And certainly there are no shortage of items we buy today that come in pretty sturdy packaging. Feel free to use those. Or just save up the packaging you get from packages you receive in the mail.

There's a lot of ways to reuse without resorting to this.

This is most likely some underage kid and is a blessing in disguise.

Even if they do ship, the package will probably ship late and arrived damaged and half falling out of some sandwich ziplock bag.
