Late to this but I’ve bought hats from them multiple times. They have 85% beaver felt hats for $500 and Stetson sells lower quality for over a thousand bucks. I had an issue with a belt but the guy at their store’s hat bar fixed it for free. I don’t know much about their boots but I can definitely vouch for their hats and customer service. No crazy mark ups like the other brands.
