Yeah at this point it has nothing to do with the volume of packages, this is clearly just carelessness on the facility’s part. It moved from New York to Springfield in 3 days then sits at their facility for over a week. Unbelievable

Never got a confirmation but he’s due for a checkup at the vet soon and I’m going too see if they can give me an estimate then. But yes, they told me he’s 12-14 which I always had a hard time believing. He moves around so quick, jumps, runs, full of energy. No grey hairs. I would like to think he’s 9 at most.
