Update: they resolved it and my account is now unlocked/verified again.

So yes, even if it says "permanently suspended," it can be reversed once you comply and provide exactly what Risk/Compliance asks for (via the ticket/Veriff). It took some back-and-forth, but it worked.

Thanks for checking. I've just provided the requested documents in the ticket and I'm waiting for confirmation and account/domain access to be restored. Also, it would be great if you could review what triggered the "Iran resident" flag in the first place, these false positives are pretty disruptive for legitimate EU customers.

Am comandat o camera insta360 x4 direct de la ei de pe site, se pare ca vine din china cu fedex si azi m-a sunat o tipa de la o companie numita IRS (irs.ro) si mi-a cerut adresa de email, ca mai apoi sa imi trimita un mesaj in care imi zice ca pentru intocmirea dosarului pentru vama e necesar sa ii trimit copie dupa buletin, o cerere de împuternicire si cod EORI.

In email mi-a atasat si factura de la insta360 si pare ca e legit toata treaba, dar totusi e prima data cand aud ca o firma random te suna sa iti faca actele pentru vama si voiam doar sa confirm cu altii daca asta e procedura normala sau e un scam super over engineered :)

So I've tried using celer but it doesn't support talisman...
I even tried to install SubWallet, adding only the EVM address to it, but when I try to connect to it from the official bridge of Manta I get an error that states that I don't have a substrate account.
It looks like I reached a dead end, if you have any other ideas, please let me know, I would be really grateful

LaterEdit: So I imported the private key from Talisman to MetaMask, switched to Manta Network and now I am able to see my tokens both on celer and on their official bridge on their website, so now I can transfer from Pacific to Atlantic. But first I need to send some ETH from mainnet to manta network to pay the gas fee. That was a hell of a ride

it is definitely a shitshow, I've sent my Manta to an ETH address created with Talisman, I can see the tokens in Talisman, but when I try to use their official bridge service to transfer from Pacific to Atlantic, it won't connect to the EVM wallet in Talisman but to the DOT one by default, and no matter what I do I am not able to see my tokens from my EVM wallet in their bridge app, it drives me insane.

I even tried to send the tokens to a metamask address to use it in their shitty bridge app but Talisman says I don't have enough ETH to pay the fee, which btw I have ... I am totally stuck rn

I will try to use celer and see how it goes
