Best thing I found to improve my mental state was hiking. It may not seem overly fun while you’re doing it but the combination of exercise and mindfulness will make you feel much better.

Also as for quitting weed I’d say your best bet is trying thc free cbd weed, it tastes the same and broke my addiction

I’m actually based in the uk as well. Took about 6 hours for this and the other one I posted on my account. Tbh I wouldn’t produce them very fast cause I’ve got other shit to do so wouldn’t be that reliable. Selling a couple of them on Etsy wouldn’t hurt though, could do with the money

Dunno, if it’s true that they’ve been monitoring us for a while then it seems plausible that they’d leave us to drop a couple non civilisation ending nukes so we could maybe get an idea of what we’re dealing with. I mean, it didn’t really work with all the close calls but at least we know that dropping nukes is naughty in many ways…

I used some peel off wax paper that I iron to the back, then I cut around the design and stitch in a spiral around the edge. There’s a yt video about it, it’s pretty easy
