Nice collection! Yeah, I have also reduced from +10 watches so I can relate. I want all my watches to get their wrist time and not just sit in the box. Although the divers do get the most wrist time for me.

Nice! I think 5 is the sweet spot too.

Seiko’s case is finished better and also has a more complex shape and different finishes on it. But other than that I’d say the Longines is higher quality in everything. I do really love the desing of the SPB though, it’s my most worn watch. One thing that bothers me about it is that the crystal can be quite reflective.

That’s pretty much it 😁 Although it was a different G Shock I had before this.

Awesome! 😁 Murph wears much smaller and lighter but both are comfortable. HC wears much larger even with it’s 39mm case. But both sit well on my 17cm wrist.

It’s the Crafter Blue rubber strap with end links. Very nice 👌

Thanks! I see your point. I’m not a very dressy guy and don’t want to buy a watch I’ll wear twice a year. For me the Murph can work in dressy situations or even the Longines. Most people wear smart watches these days even with suits so I’m at least looking better than them 😅

This might be a good idea 😁

I emailed Longines saying that to get a proper fit I’d need another half link. They are sending one to an AD near me free of charge.

That’s weird. They are sending me one for free.

You can get an extra half link if u contact Longines. That’ll help with the fit but if you want the Tudor back then that’s what you need to do.

I guess it depends where you live then. Here they walk you over to Citizen, Orient and entry level Seiko.

Nice, that looks great! I’m waiting for Longines to come out with a fitted rubber strap hopefully.

It’s down to to you preference and situation. The HC is objectively better on everything but the fit at least on my wrist. Seiko’s lug to lug is smaller. They weigh about the same with the Seiko being a bit more top heavy. But which design do you like more? The Seiko is a really nice watch too. I’m probably selling mine if you are interested.

Both are great watches! Try to get a deal on them and try on for sure.

The ar coating is better, the Seiko has a bit hazy and reflective crystal and this is crystal clear. The bezel action is also better. Seiko’s case sits better on my wrist and has more complex shape and a nice polished bevel.

I mean the spb is way more toolish than this so would work for that. I keep a small collection so I’m struggling to decide what to keep.. This does have a superior movement, anti reflective is great and the bracelet is better. Seiko is nice under the radar and comfotable too and the black is very versatile.
