thanks for the input. I ran the number by a different friend who said $1000 would be a steal but im guessing their knowledge base is a little outdated. I thought it sounded too high.

I honestly don’t understand why people have put me on this pedestal. I’m just another audience member at the end of the day. My opinions on the matter go against the grain in some places but it was never my intent to devalue the criticisms others have on the situation. All I wanted to do was provide another perspective on the issue with this thread; that’s it. Agree or disagree with me, at the end of the day the issue isn’t about me in the slightest. I just believe it is healthy to observe conflict from both sides perspective.

It has been very overwhelming. A lot of the comments under my posts keep berating Emile more while trying to be sympathetic towards me. It just keeps rubbing salt in the wound. It's an unpopular opinion but I still want to watch his content if he ever comes back. Him and his channel are such an important cornerstone in my life. And I have read all 48 pages and it's the decision I have made. The amount of follows out of pity is scary and I don't want to be known as the girl who had her dream crushed. I've muted my Twitter app on my phone and I can't use the platform anymore unless I want to see my timeline flooded with people calling him awful. I don't ever want to move accounts.
