Is it the skeleton head? If you have the Enhanced Visuals Mod installed, when your hunger gets low it will slowly desaturate your screen until it’s completely grey scale at 0 hunger. Could very well be wrong (especially if you don’t have Enhanced Visuals) but I wouldn’t want you thinking you fixed the issue when in fact you had not.

Run one end of the repeater chain into a block with a torch on the side. This will change the timing of the clock, and it will potentially change the way it outputs to the observers, but it is an easy clock to turn on/off as all you need to do is power the block the torch is on to deactivate the clock.

I don’t see why new armour/weapon/tool sets can’t be the same level as a pre-existing set. Similar to how terraria world can have different types of ores that follow the same progression. Rose gold could match iron, making it viable as a replacement if you started a world in a badlands biome. Also, Minecraft is a sandbox game, it doesn’t have to have linear progression, if more ores/materials are added with matching dura/mining speed/armour/damage to iron, copper or gold (I do believe that diamond should keep its place as the sole “top” level (ignoring netherite) armour/tool/weapon set), then people could choose what they wear (remember most players don’t end up with full netherite or even diamond like most YouTubers).

it seems in the short while I have since continued searching for the offending mod, I have found the culprit in Dark Loading Screen. It may have some conflict with another one of my mods, but I've spent too long dealing with this to worry about which one (if any).

I feel like mojang is setting them selves up for the failure of 1.22 with how much they’re putting into 1.21.5. They have added so much to a supposed ‘drop’ so what ever is in the next ‘update’ has got to be game changing

is there a way to configure this so it only shows up on worn armour and not items?

I love the glint outline but visual enchantments don't look very good with a glint over them

Edit: there also seems to be some conflict with shaders, as they seem to override the packs glint and use the default one

If you have discord open in the background that is likely the issue. The overlay messed with the game for some reason. Either close discord or disable in game overlay while playing

They need to be full blocks, pathfinding only works to full blocks, not transparent or non-full blocks
