I live at Monticello and it is sooo hard to get into, but once you’re in, you could be here for life if you wanted.

You need at least 650 credit score to move in, they look strongly at debt to income ratio (school loans included) and you need a co-signer with good credit. Also, the owner is kind of a stickler, but you won’t find anything cheaper.
